SHIPPING

Items ship from a variety of warehouse locations, so processing & shipping times may vary. Please read the product description for each item you're purchasing for details regarding that item. When available, tracking numbers & shipping notification will be emailed to you when you provide us with an email address.

Your order might arrive in more than one package, as our items ship from various locations. Items will be shipped in as few packages as possible, but this might not always be possible if they ship from different warehouses.

We are not responsible for items delayed by the carrier, lost, or stolen.

The shipping & processing times provided in the product descriptions are for US orders; international orders may take longer.

If you still have not received your package, please contact us here. Be sure to provide us with your order number so we can look up your order & see what's going on with it!

TRACKING

For items shipped from US warehouses: Packages typically ship via DHL Express or USPS. DHL oftentimes has problems with the tracking numbers they provide being trackable via their website, so don't worry if the DHL site says your tracking number is invalid. Please see specific details of shipping & processing times in the description for each item. When available, tracking numbers & shipping notification will be emailed to you when you provide us with an email address.

For items shipped from International warehouses: We might not always receive a tracking number from the warehouse depending on how they are shipped, but you will be notified of any updates available. Please see specific details of shipping & processing times in the description for each item. When available, tracking numbers & shipping notification will be emailed to you when you provide us with an email address.

RETURNS

SHOP Ashlee Craft allows for returns within 30 days of the date the items arrive at your home. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to us.

We are not responsible for items delayed by the carrier, lost, or stolen.

PRIVACY

If you provide us with your email address, you will be added to the Ashlee Craft's World mailing list, where you will receive coupons & great content from time to time! You can opt-out of the newsletter at any point by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in the email. We will never sell your information or spam you.
